Ronan Construction has built a solid reputation for its exemplary services in Central Oregon and its neighboring districts, consistently exceeding clients' expectations with our exceptional craftsmanship and dedication to quality.
Central Oregon's go-to concrete contractor
More than a quarter million yards poured. Ronan Construction Company builds driveways, slabs, foundations and flat work, with the excavation done in house and VersaTube steel buildings on top when you need one.

Concrete is the core of RCC. The site work before it and the buildings after it come from the same crew.

Poured concrete for slabs, footings, walls and pads, placed with Central Oregon's freeze and thaw in mind.

Driveways, slabs, patios, walkways and sidewalks: the concrete you drive and walk on every day.

Footings, stem walls and slabs that carry houses, garages and steel buildings, set below the local frost line.

Saw cutting for control joints, openings, trenches and removals in concrete slabs, driveways and walks.
Paved driveways, parking areas and access, built to handle snow, plows and Central Oregon winters.

Authorized VersaTube dealer and installer: steel garages, shops, carports and barns, from kit to finished building.

Steel buildings for businesses, farms and shops, with the site work, foundation and erection handled by one contractor.

Erecting steel and metal buildings on a foundation built for the site, the snow load and the code.

VersaTube makes pre-engineered steel building kits: garages, carports, shops, barns and shelters. RCC sells them and puts them up, on a foundation we pour ourselves.
That matters here. A steel building is only as good as the slab and footings under it, and Central Oregon snow loads are set site by site. Buying and building through one contractor keeps the kit, the concrete and the permit on the same page.

Ronan Construction Company is a Bend, Oregon contractor with more than 200 completed projects. The same crew digs the site, sets the forms, pours the concrete and, when the job calls for it, puts up the steel building on top.
