Concrete and construction services
Concrete is what RCC does first. Excavation, paving, snow removal and steel buildings round out the job, so one contractor covers the dirt, the pour and the structure on top.
Excavation, concrete, foundations and snow removal
Everything RCC builds
Each service has its own page with what the work involves, what drives the scope in Central Oregon, and what to send for a bid.
Concrete

Concrete
Poured concrete for slabs, footings, walls and pads, placed with Central Oregon's freeze and thaw in mind.

Flat work
Driveways, slabs, patios, walkways and sidewalks: the concrete you drive and walk on every day.

Foundations
Footings, stem walls and slabs that carry houses, garages and steel buildings, set below the local frost line.
Paving
Paved driveways, parking areas and access, built to handle snow, plows and Central Oregon winters.
Site work
Why one contractor for the whole job
Most projects that come to RCC touch more than one trade. A new shop needs the site dug and leveled, footings set below the frost line, a slab, an apron and a driveway, and then the building itself. When different companies handle each step, the schedule and the responsibility get split between them.
RCC does all of those steps. That keeps one point of contact, one schedule and one crew that knows what the next phase needs from the last one. Homeowners, builders and general contractors can call for any single piece or for the whole package.
